background:
- I was a competing member of SKYAC
from 2000-2005
- I was a member of the UWO
varsity swim team from 2001-2005 and again 2007-2008.
- Was a recipient of the UWO Bronze W and
Laura Nichols' Grit and Spit award (2005)
- Coached/instructed with the Excel Swim
School in London On. (2007-2008)
- Began coaching ATTAC in the 2008-2009
swim season.
