Top Male and Female: Awarded to the swimmer with the highest ranking SINGLE swim using the IPS (International Point System).

Most Improved Male and Female: Awarded to the swimmer the coaches determine most improved in Performance, Attitude and Commitment.

Coaches Award: Awarded to a well-rounded senior athlete for whom the coaches' feel exemplifies the ATTAC ideal through Leadership, Team Spirit, Commitment, Attitude and Performance.

The Thierry Middleton Team Spirit Award: Awarded to the swimmer who demonstrate to the coaches, genuine passion for their team through: LEADERSHIP (Potential leadership for Juniors), SUPPORT OF TEAMMATES, CONSISTENT POSITIVE ATTITUDE, ENTHUSIASM (Cheering!) and PARTICIPATING IN TEAM FUNCTIONS.

 

 

The Mark's Work Wearhouse Hardest Working Swimmers Award: Awarded to swimmers who demonstrate to the coaches, true commitment to the sport of swimming through: ATTENDANCE (total number of workouts), MEET PARTICIPATION and PERSISTENT WORK ETHIC.
