MEET SIGN-UP INFORMATION
Swim meet information sheets will be located
on bulletin boards at both the YMCA Pool (downstairs beside door into pool
area) as well as at the PRC (on a temporary bulletin board- until we get a
permanent one). These sheets will give information regarding the meet, such
as, Meet date and length, Location of Pool, Warm Up and Start time of the
meet and any special information needed for the individual meet. These
information sheets will also list all swimmers eligible for the meet as well
as the fees and entry deadline. It's the swimmers and their parents
responsibility to keep checking the board for updates. Once the
deadline comes- only swimmers who have indicated their interest in the meet
will be entered into the meet. Please read below as to how to fill out the
sheets.
SWIMMER’S WISHING TO ATTEND THE ENTIRE MEET ARE ASKED TO PLACE A ‘YES’
BESIDE THEIR NAME.
Swimmer’s wishing NOT to participate at
this meet are asked to place a single line through their name.
Swimmer’s wishing to only participate in
one or more days of the meet are asked to write neatly beside their name
which day or days they wish to swim (i.e. Sat Only or Sat/Sun.)
Entries for the meet will be determined by
what has been indicated on the sheet by the deadline.
Please remember ALL meet fees MUST be paid
by the deadline.
